Does the automatic Independent Creator Credit point to our store on Zazzle or just Zazzle home page?

When I’ve scanned the QR code in, it goes to our store on Zazzle, but we wouldn’t get referrals from it.

I’m confused about this. Does it matter if we tick the box or not? I saw it after I’d already finished creating.
