Hello there! Nice to be here. I am new, I just created my first two products, greetings cards and I do not have the option “Enable Instant Download”, when I go on the product drop down menu. The last action I see is Transfer this Design. Why is this?

Hello and thanks for your quick reply, when I do this, my products disappear, and the system is saying sorry not products found! I checked all the boxes on the left side, also when I click Eligible as recommended, no products found! mmmhh.
Also depending on the blank you started from, some greeting cards aren’t eligible for instant downloads (I have thank you cards that can’t be downloaded for example)
On the post for sale page - you should have the option to enable digital download if the product is eligible so that’s a quick heads up if it isn’t

Pretty sure @Sara_H is correct, and you’ve put your design on a card that’s not eligible for download. If you could post a link to the card in question, we could verify that for you.

@Celine thank you cards haven’t been enabled for instant downloads (for some unknown reason). Transfer it to a greeting card and that should work
