Invitations not Being Sorted Properly

Hi,

I have been loving the new collections features on Zazzle, but I have noticed an issue and was hoping someone could shed some light on it.

I have two quinceañera collections where some of the invitations are not being sorted into the proper category. See this one for example:

The first product in that screenshot is a 5x7 invitation that is being improperly sorted into the Bonus products section. I have checked, and I selected a 5x7 custom invitation as the product type when I created the design. Why is it ending up in the Bonus products instead of the Invitations? I currently only have 3 invitations in this collection, and this is the main one (the other two are a Budget invitation and a Spanish Language invitation), so it is an issue for me that I cannot choose this invitation as the primary image.

Also, the product right next to that invitation in the Bonus section is a foam board Welcome Sign that is also being sorted improperly in the Bonus section instead of the Banners/Signs section.

Anyone else having this issue? Just a temporary glitch with Zazzle’s system or am I doing something wrong?

@albamarie  Click on the slot and see which department the quinceañera invitation should be in and then edit your invitation’s department to match that department. That should get it out of bonus purgatory and do the same for the foam board. Make sure it’s in the right department that the collection wants it to be in
