I was getting 2-5 orders daily, now since May 14-19th the royalty report shows no sales, this seems quite odd and I have not gone 5 days without a sale in a couple years. My views and visits on Google analytics are up. Ever since my store was updated to the drop down menu under my avatar in the upper right hand corner no sales have been reported. Could a Zazzle team member check to see if sales are being reported properly on my store? Thank you

They’re being reported properly in my store.
Having the same problem. I had no sales or super slow sales. Then yesterday I had a lot of sales and today im back to no sales. Super wierd. Never had this before.

Thank you for posting. Just curious did your storefront change? On May 14 when logged into my account I went to the Zazzle home page on my computer and my store information used to be right in the middle of the page, “store, collections, earnings” and all that was gone, just a full page of advertised products. It took me about 5 minutes to see my avatar in the upper right hand corner and when I click on that there is a drop down menu and at the bottom is “my stores” “earnings” and that is now how I go to my store and products. Since this change on my home page I have not received an order update. I feel quite certain I would have gotten an order in the past 5 now going on 6 days, especially since I was getting multiple orders daily

Would a Zazzle person please check into this when you have a moment, I first initiated this problem under “ask a question” on the 14th @Joanna @Heather @James @Fiona No one else is mentioning the change on the home page so I feel there is a problem with my store - thank you
My storefront from the backend looked fine. I had 1 sale today. Usually I have 5-15 sales and day. Monday I had about 16 or so sales but other than that, barely any. A few days with none.

Im not sure though if you mean when you click on the zazzle logo your store would come up automatically? I don’t think I ever had that.
Up until the 14th when I went to the Zazzle homepage logged in on my computer my store info was right in the center of the page, now that is gone and the only way to get to my store is to click on my avatar in the upper right hand corner, and a drop down menu appears (screen shot attached) The last sale I got was right before this update, that’s why I think something is amiss. I find it really hard to believe I am going on 6 days without a sale when I was getting 2-5 sales everyday, a few times a month I would go one day without a sale, but never 6 not since I started 4 years ago. I cannot believe no one will reply, it’s concerning. I really appreciate your responses.
I just looked I had 5 pages worth of views in the last 24 hours. I can’t believe nothing’s selling.

Bots are back scraping some accounts. I had over 22 pages of views a few days ago. From google analytics it looks like Singapore. Also possibly Cheyenne, WY
