My website used to use a link that sent potential customers to my member page for all my stores. Was that a problem?
My problem now is that it goes to “mbr+gifts” and not directed to my member’s store page. I don’t know when this changed, but can this be fixed?

Check the URL that is used on the website - perhaps something changed?
I just used the following and it goes to my store page:
What is the URL that you’re using? I can access your member page just fine.
Ahh, I found the mistake. It was on my end. 😥 I used two &'s in my URL and not the right way with one ? and one &. Oopsy.
