Is there an easier way to organize collections?

I really miss the arrows that let you jump a product to the start or end of a collection in the old collections.

Is there a way to set collections so new products get added to the top instead of the end? It’s really time consuming dragging products one at a time from bottom to top in large collections where you also have to keep clicking through pages to see all the products.

I understand your problem I have just tried to place items in a colection in order, and it is seemingly imposisible, you can start moving items into the order you want then the items are moved out of position when another item is selected and moved. Not at all impressed.
