I need to be able to sort by cleared/pending so I can track sales accurately.

Can you (or anyone) link me to the existing discussion on this topic? I’ve been working with engineers on a few topics relating to Earnings, so I’m not actually sure exactly what issues you’re describing here.

though it does work via https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/history

As Sara_H said … Royalty Reports > Royalty History > Edit Filters > (the dropdown menu under Cancellations doesn’t sort as expected)
The “show everything” option is the only one that works. Sorting by “only cancellations” or “only cleared/pending” are not working.

Ok. I’ll lock this discussion since it’s a duplicate then.
If I hear of an ETA I will share it in the appropriate discussion, however this bug was only reported ~24 hours ago.
