Is There An Issue with making Zippo Lighters and not getting approved

I made 10 Zippo lighters with an appropriate design of which ONE was approved.  so the others moved to Saved Designs with which I can only re-make them as needing approval, which I did of the nine left.  Again, non were approved and they are again moved to Saved Designs of which I can do nothing with.

I have written TWICE to Zazzle with this problem, once last Thursday with no reply (one-two business days) yah right.  I again wrote to them Tuesday of this week, still with no reply as to why this is happening.  I want these zippos up for sale.  Every day these sit in my saved desgns, I am losing potential customers.

@DiamondWillow   Not all lighters are approved. If they’ve been knocked back, you should receive an email why. The lighters have to be okayed by Zippo themselves and there are strict rules what can and cannot be published. https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/227351367-Review-Policy-for-Custom-Zippo-Lighters

If you think how many designers there are + how many lighters are being published for review every day - they are probably swamped.

I have made many Zippo lighters ind my stores, and I know the pattern is good.  They only accepted one.  The other 9 are similar, just different choices of pattern for the customer.  It would be nice if Z wrote to my query and explained instead of me getting upset about this.
