I keep getting all kinds of crazy crashing happening while using the design tool. Mostly when I hit the edit button to go back into the tool. Here are some screenshots. Using a 2024 Mac desktop (updated), Chrome. Never had this happen before. It will even crash a tab that I don’t currently have open. Only crashing Zazzle tabs, no other sites.

@jophb It could be your mac not liking chrome (error 10 as seen in your screenshot) . Or it could be an extension you have on your browser that Zazzle’s site doesn’t get along with.
Maybe switch to another browser that isn’t chrome based ( eg firefox) and see if it happens again maybe?

Not crashing but a LOT of timing out and having to close the design tool and go into my saved designs to start again. I have to work at half speed to get changes (resizing or moving or grouping) to stick. I’m on Windows Chrome. No extensions. It’s been happening for weeks now.

yes, I’ve definitely been having that happen a lot too. And the templates reverting changes.
