Is the Zazzle LIVE design service still around? Up until a few weeks ago I was frequently referring customers there for custom design work that I didn’t have time to take on. Today when I accessed the link I got a weird redirect. Same with LIVE for Business. Was there an announcement I missed?

After some digging I was able to find “hire a pro” as an option in the app, but ugh, super annoying to have to tell customers to download the app. Hoping that’s not really the only way to access this program going forward.

My skill set is very likely not good enough yet to assist clients who will need design help but I would love to enter this program at one point, I thought it was a need idea. Kinda like the Trading Assistant program I had joined years ago on eBay. Oh boy, that was really a long time ago - time just flies. 
I can’t find it on the website, is it only available on the app?
I think it’s totally gone. I couldn’t find it anymore - not on the site nor in the app.

Like you Kristen I refer people to the Live Designer, maybe they’re nolonger ‘Live’? Either way we should have had an update re this change as if the Live Designer feature has disappeared various media images etc. and messages are now invalid.
