It was working this morning and afternoon. But this evening, as I am designing matching items, I placed the svg file and the color option comes up as usual on the right side toolbar. However, when I click on it, I am immediately taken out of the design tool and back to the product page. I am currently working on favor bags. I went back to my shop and chose other designs and different product types I have made that include svg’s. They all kick me out of the design tool when clicking to change the color. Is anyone else having this issue?

That was my experience with the Zazzle elements, when changing the border color.

I’m having the same issue. Used both the original square shape and one of the new Element shapes. I am able to make the fill transparent, but when I click on “border color” it kicks me to the Sell page as if I clicked Done. Closed my tab (PC, Edge browser) opened again and it did the same.
Border color was working for me earlier today. Thanks for looking into it.

Yes, it’s happening to me regardless of whether I’m signed in or not, and it’s also an issue for color borders. This was working fine yesterday!
Same here. I got kicked out when I tried to change the color of my SVG and elements created from the Designer tool.

This issue doesn’t appear to affect this version of the new “customer design tool”; it’s only the ‘classic’ design tool.

Same issue. Transferred a design to a different shirt and went to change the border on a rectangular element and it kicks me back to the sell page.

Also having issue with the border colors tool. When designing, if I click on border colors, it responds as if I had clicked on the “Done” button.

Same here, editing the border color kicks you out of the design tool to the selling page. For me it doesn’t matter if I’m editing the original design/product, or have transferred the design to a new product. As soon as I click the border color box, I’m kicked out.

Just attempted to change border color on a pre-exiting product/design. Every time I click the “Border Color” button, it kicks me out of the design space completely – as if I had hit the “Done” button, not the “Border Color” button.
