Issues with Hebrew text: using vowels and applying curvature

I was working on new year’s cards today when I noticed two issues with the Hebrew fonts today.  They look fine as long as I don’t use any vowels or apply curvature to them, as with the top line of text. 

If I try to add vowels, however, things start getting wonky, as with the second line of text.  Vowels should appear underneath certain letters, but are instead placed to the left of those letters.  

Also, when I try to make the text curve, as with the bottom line of text, everything goes topsy-turvy!  The order of the letters reverse, which I guess is an easy thing to go wrong because Hebrew is written from right to left, and I have no idea what’s going on with the spacing.

Although this isn’t urgent, it would be nice to be able to use vowels and manipulate Hebrew text in the same way I can English text.

Does it help if you use the Hebrew fonts provided under the International section of the font list? Or is that what you are already using?

That’s what I was already using.  I went back and the issue is the same with all three Hebrew fonts, unfortunately.

Hello there!  I had to step away from my store for a little while, but now I’m back(!) and I’m still having this same issue with Hebrew fonts.  Just wanted to flag it a second time!
