I just noticed that all my labels have disappeared. In the store backend and in the store front. What happened?
They were selling well, and I’m wondering why I suddenly have no sales anymore. They’re just gone, no information provided. This is an absolute disaster. I hope they reappear soon, it was a lot of work over months!!!
Ah, OK, they’re all there on the English .com site, but they’re all missing from the German .de site. But they’ve also disappeared from my store backend, and all the links I’ve saved on websites lead nowhere and an error message appears.
Yes - there are a few products that are now not available to purchase on the international sites.
I found that baby bibs/baby blankets/sunglasses/reuseable grocery bags have been pulled from the UK site as well as the Canadian one (and am sure there’s more that I’ve not found yet)
Would be nice to get a list of the latest round of “no longer available to purchase” products without having to spend time to hunt them down @James You also need to update the international sitemaps with departments/products removed and also from the “create your own”
Can this page be updated please? it’s none of the above - you’ve stopped supplying them to the International market through no fault of the Independent Creator
Perhaps all these missing products on International domains are not feasible to have any longer shipped from the US. This could all be because of the tariffs currently in place from the US.
@LMGildersleeve I agree - and it would have been nice to receive an email to let international creators know that their stores will now have less products in than before and that their collections (that have covers of the now “not available to purchase products” will have to be redone (not forgetting all the pins that they may have pinned now need editing) etc.
That’s not entirely true. Canada has their own tariffs set as high as 25% depending on the type of goods from the US. Other countries are fighting back and imposing their own tarrifs in retaliation. You can find out the tariff rates on any given day if you use Google.
Sorry for only getting back to you now. I had to process the shock first. These waterproof labels have actually been removed from the German platform and all other countries except the US. The worst thing is that I didn’t receive any information about this. I’ve spent so much time over the last few weeks creating new designs for the labels. This is actually my main product. Now I have to think about how I can find alternatives. 😞
