It’s 12th February and my earnings are still accruing for January! (Normally the cut-off date is around 4th or 5th of the month, with payment made on 15th.)
This seems very unusual and I’m wondering what’s going on…
@NigelSutherland have you checked your payment settings and whether a payment is due?
Was your W8BEN completed and rejected? That could make it roll over for February
If there’s no payment ID for February for you in https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/payments then it looks like it’s on hold

Ah - I did have to amend my W8BEN several times, (annoyingly), for the most trivial of reasons (even after having copied previous details from over the years). Perhaps that is it. Thank you for your response.
Completing the W8BEN form for non-US residents is an absolute pain in the butt.
