My last sold date stats stopped updating during the middle of June 5th and last viewed date stopped updating 2 days ago.

yeah, I notice that too, one my eraser was just sold the other day, with at least 3 views, however, up until now the product still said. “Last Viewed Date: 1 month, 23 days ago” 🤔
My stats haven’t been updated for 3 days now (again) and sales have stopped again too, unless royalty history is completely broken as well. Very unusual for me to not have a single sale and both times the backend went down this month, my sales stopped too. Multiple days without sales.

My sold dates and view dates have not been updated for several days.
It also seems to me that when there is no regular update of the “view”, there are no sales from my stores either… Unfortunately, this happens often… I haven’t seen “Last Viewed” for 4 days now…

I’m sorry to hear this is your experience as well. I can’t help but wonder how many others have sales drop significantly (or stop altogether) when this happens. We can’t be the only ones. I’m also wondering, are there truly no sales (I.e. is Zazzle loosing revenue as well) or are we just not getting credited?

Engineering is aware of the situation. Very sorry about this.
That is a big concern for me too. Performances standing still for days is so frequent that I’ve been wondering for a long time how it affects us in visits and consequently in sales.
This issue is not affecting the visibility of your products, or whether customers can find them in the marketplace. That’s all still happening as normal, and the data is still being collected, but the numbers in your store backend are simply not updating properly at this time.
