If you’re still experiencing this issue please link us to a product that you believe is not updating properly. Or link us to 3-4 products.
Here’s how I go about reviewing this situation: I go to the store backend and sort by Last Sold Date. I then look at each product and compare the Last Sold Date to the Last Viewed Date. If the two dates align then great. If the Last Sold Date is AFTER the Last Viewed Date then that’s bad. This obviously doesn’t take into account whether a user has viewed a product but does not purchase it, and for that I’d need to check in with engineering.

Sweet, thanks. The Last Viewed Date should not come after the Last Sold Date. (there may be some strange exceptions to this, but we can sort through that one ourselves)

last viewed date is showing mostly 2 days ago for me, and did not index since yesterday evening items that i have viewed. Can’t compare last sold date for products that haven’t sold

My Last Date Viewed sort stopped working on 5/25. All other view sort bys work.
ive had products viewed and sold in the past 12-48 hours hut everything shows as 3 days ago and older.

I m experiencing this as well. An example: according to royalty history, one of my products sold on: 5/25/2023
At the same time, last viewed date for it was six days ago.

Haven’t had any views in 5 days for any of my products, and I usually get daily views.

The same for me. I have had several sales these days, in Google analytics it shows me a lot of visits and the last day of views in Zazzle turns out 4 days ago.
