So today when I checked my last viewed products I saw a list of 18 products that i created months ago with 0 views. I have to wonder if these products got a view but the view did not update? I don’t know …here’s a screenshot so you can see what I mean

Sorry to hear about this issue. I’ve tried to replicate this in all of your stores with no luck. Can I ask which of your stores this is happening in for you?

hey Mark , the screenshot is from this store. I glanced at my products yesterday and saw that I have way too many 0 views. It doesn’t make sense to me because I have promoted the 0 view products many times, social media , show me, X. pinterest, a few direct emails to customers …I can’t understand why I have so many 0 views on products that should be getting views. Would you like list?

Clearly there is something wrong at my store…The product links with 0 views go back to May 2025. The Halloween and Thanksgiving products I made in June 2025…way in advance.. This is a list from 1 store…hoping you can just check my stores without me making link lists for my other stores. ( I have been busy and just assumed I was getting views..had no idea it was as bad as it is ) of course maybe I am seeing 0 views on my end.. And you see views populating . ( sharing screenshots so you can see that my stats are 0 views .

Possibly related, for most of my products if I view them, that updates the last viewed date. But I have a couple that I viewed last week and their last viewed date did not update. When I noticed the next day, I tried viewing them logged out. It still didn’t update.
