Hi! I ordered a t-shirt and a notepad several days ago from my own store. The shirt has not been delivered yet; the notepad has arrived. However, only the shirt is showing a sale, not the notepad. Thoughts? Thanks!
Hi @CherylJones it is possible you purchased the Notepad using a private link. Make sure the product has been posted to your store and then you would make the purchase through that link, not a link to a private design.
Hi Joanna! Thanks so much for your reply. : ) I think what I did was just make my store public and then purchased both items at once from there.
