When the reason for the rejection is “Your Letterpress design’s orientation is not locked,” would it be possible to bounce the design to the revise and resubmit page? Whenever I’ve checked mine, it’s empty. This would make recreating the design a lot easier, especially for those of us who can’t remember what the design looked like in the first place 😅
Hi @anertek , was this a recent rejection? We shouldn’t be reviewing for locked orientation as there was an issue (which is now fixed I believe) that we were exempting submissions for. If this is in the last week or so, let me know as I will have to flag with reviewers. Thanks!
Also regarding rejected letterpress, are you receiving a rejection email but then the design is not in your saved designs, or review section? Can you give me a product example? (the number reference should be fine). Thanks!
No, these were from December. I was just reminded of it the other day because I created new letterpress designs.
I checked saved designs back then and didn’t see the designs, but I think I found them now. So I probably just missed them. Do rejected designs (regardless of reason) usually fall in the revise & resubmit section? I can’t remember noticing anything there, really. But I hope so! My saved designs tab is a mess; I find the distinction very practical. (Currently, I have 3138 results and many are different variations of the same design. It’s easy for things to get lost in the fray.)
