What I REALLY want to be able to do now is to build a curated link that would display multiple collections on the landing page. I don’t know that it is possible, and my attempts to do so have failed so far. So I turn to all of you for help. Does anyone know if this idea can work and if so how do I make it work?
Yes. For example: On your collections page, search “wedding”. This should show all of your collections that have wedding in their title, tags and/or description. If you have more than 20, change the “show” number so you include them all. The url, for some reason, includes “&view=private” so you need to remove it. Then copy the url link.
@Laura I wish to be able to create a link that leads a potential customer to collections that I have in multiple stores and perhaps someone else’s too. Although what you shared is useful to me. I’ll have to play around a bit with collection search in store, but I think what you shared is a good start. But it’s not the end result I want. It is better than where I was though. Thank you.
I see. Maybe you could use your member profile collection page, I have only one store so I don’t know for sure but I thought collections from multiple stores show up there.
I’ve circled back around to this topic… So the link I posted above shows you how to build a curated link for individual products. The products can be yours or someone else’s. When the page loads they are all displayed on a single page. I like this option because I don’t have to build a collection that contains other artist works and house there goods in my store (so to say) But I love promoting other peoples products, and have reached a point in my website development where I want to be able to build a curated link for collections, not individual products. I would like to be able to promote my collections but others as well and have all the different collections show on the landing page. I have tinkered with the url to try and make it happen, but so far have failed. No Z mod has popped in to say that it can’t be done, or that it can and here’s how… I don’t know if anyone out there can figure out how to make this work, but if possible, it would be appreciated.
