DOES no one care that they still haven’t fixed the ANDROID link not working?
I DO and it needs to be fixed as this has been months
Specifically, links out of the Facebook platform to anywhere on Zazzle.com, when the person is using the Facebook app for Android.
Tip: on the error/oops pop-up, there is an option to “open with external browser”. That works.
I can’t even begin to tell how upset I am for one I have no way of contacting all the 1000’s of my customers that I can’t contact through Zazzle to inform them of that.
How long have they been working on this and telling me in emails we will work on this and let you know as soon as we have found a solution.
They can’t even fix the new loading for our designs because you have to do the 18x24 first add your design then click on the 29x21 for it to fit all of the designs.
I have dropped 1/3 in income from all of this and when they went to 6 minimum. Poof they are all gone.
Do I sound frustrated YES and for those who have been here for a long time I can’t imagine how they must feel.
I get notifications from people in messenger or on Facebook that the links aren’t working so now I have started add my QR codes… and that takes time to do. But now I have no choice. I can add links for those with iPhone and now the codes for Androids.
So I am still searching for other solutions.

I got an email from Zazzle asking me if this reply solved my solution NO it has not Zazzle. HOW can I explain to all the customers who have ordered world wide from me that they have to click an option to open in browser or copy and paste to put in a browser.
Sad when a Facebook customers tells you to start adding the QR Codes to your post for those with Androids.
But that has not helped my sales due to the glitches that need to be fixed. I am still down the tube with my orders.
