@renehingle not too sure what you mean.
If you want to create a new sub category for your store, go to the left hand side on desktop, and under your store name select “All Categories”
From here you can either create a new category or if you click into a category you’ve already created, create a new one
highlight the “category” then tab over from products to categories
and add new category
If it’s something else you want to do - I’m stumped 😄

Are you trying to create a collection that has sub-categories? Those are auto-generated and I think they’re only available on cross-sell collections.
