Logged in but unable to view "My Stores" / robot message

I’m not sure if this is the same as the others that have been posted. I have multiple Zazzle tabs open normally. I’m logged in but when I click on “My Stores” - I get a robot message and it won’t let me proceed but gives me a false positive incident code to send in. I finally have some time to work on a collection I’ve been wanting to add to, but I can’t because of this.

It’s back. Disregard

omg okay, can’t get in again. Trying to access collections. This is super frustrating. Don’t they have a way to whitelist creators?

Edit (or at least white list creators with a certain number of products created within a certain time period if they’re worried about robots who signed up as creators?)

Hopefully customers aren’t experiencing the same because I would leave if I were them. I can’t get in. Was trying to look at a collection. Please fix. Btw I did everything the page said to do. It didn’t help.

I’m getting the same, but I’ve found that if you go to My Account > Manage my stores, you can get around it.

I normally have multiple tabs open. I’m glad I had the collection I was changing colors to open before it started not letting me get to my collection page anymore. I mean I normally work with at least 5-10 Zazzle tabs open and rigiht now I have 8 Etsy tabs open. I hope using multiple tabs isn’t going to be a problem. Surely they can see that we’re not from Singapore.

Edit: Well, I’m just going to scrap creating products right now because who knows if they’ll be tied to my store. I went in to my “Manage My Stores” to delete a product I’d just created, and got the robot message again. Hope it’s fixed soon. Will keep an eye on this thread over the next couple of weeks or months to see if it’s fixed.

I can’t get into stores or collection after sign me in

thank you, It worked. glad you are smart.

I was working on a special custom order and got stopped by the bot popup. I signed out, refreshed, cleared my browser, even ran a virus scan. When I came back, I couldn’t sign in again. I took a 40‑minute break, and only then was I able to get back into the community.

I was working on custom product designs for over an hour, and honestly the cutoff time for this bot tracker feels unreasonable. It’s normal for artists to work for hours online especially when doing edits, uploads, and adjustments for customers. Consistent work shouldn’t be mistaken for bot behavior.

Uggghh that sounds frustrating. I just gave up. I can’t keep clearing cookies and cache and have to log in to every site I have open again every 30 minutes to an hour-ish. They must be targeting “bots/scrapers with accounts” - there are plenty in the list of store followers who are either spamming, bots or I’m not sure what. The profile pics are almost identical and they have similar bios. Like “I’m a realtor/accountant from …”

Edit: oops. This was meant as a reply to Susan

We made some updates yesterday afternoon. Is anyone still experiencing issues?

Works perfectly now! Thank you!! I thought it would take days or more to fix. Very relieved!!

Thanks, @Scott. So far so good.
