I ran into a problem. I ordered a rather simple design on a phone ring holder for myself and it came in very poor quality. It seems that the print was done in a very small resolution, although the design was of good quality. It turns out that it is impossible to print photos or other similar designs on the holders, which should turn out to be well recognizable, the maximum that can be substituted as a design is patterns, fuzzy flowers, monogram letters. Has anyone else encountered such a problem?
I ordered this one three years ago and loved it, it printed just as shown in the previews and my avatar image I used was only 700 x 589 which I scaled even smaller in the Design Tool.
