It appears that the filter selected for the image no longer works. So guess I have to go find all the designs where I used that filter and change the designs.
I have some like that. I went in and optimized the title, description, and tags, and checked to make sure the market department was correct and other misc. stuff. The images appeared after refreshing everything.
The 1974 filter no longer works on any of my designs and so I took it off the above product as well as a lot of others that it was not working on. Note the lily was a pretty gold with the filter and now without it I am back to plain off white which is of course better than no image at all on a product.
@cvboerner what great sleuthing – that’s it! Both the “greenleaf” & “1974” filters are not working or showing up. The reason why all those products of mine that are turquoise, blue or green in the title or tags aren’t showing up is because of the nonworking filters!!!
Thanks for bringing this up! I knew I’ve used the “1974” filter on my own designs on items over time, but then after searching trying to find them, I also noticed different designed artwork items of mine missing the images too and those had the “Greenleaf” filters on them! Zazzle please fix the filters issue. Thank you
So now I’m checking on products where I’ve used “1974” on at least 1 art element in my design & see that’s it’s missing/not working. I didn’t notice before because I had cover mockups on just about all of them. Especially for 1 current holiday collection, I sell quite a bit of these designs this time of year. Now at least 1 art element in all those products is missing because of using the “1974” filter. I’ve recently noticed a number of views on these products from GA yet hardly any sales, which veers from past years. No wonder. I’m losing money. Again, please fix this!!!
no filter (1974) used on design..this was a collage designs with full burlap background, then overlay. I created before the “group” was offered. The design is missing. wondering will it come back or am I supposed to delete? Saw many collage designs are missing.
Here is a link to 7 products that I located with “1974” filter (could also be “greenleaf” filter).
Is “greenleaf” an orange filter? I have one item that was described as having orange tones that did not show images - I changed the filter and republished it.
If you click on your artwork item via layers in design tool then click on Filters you’ll see which filter you used for that particular item. Note that under Filters area that the area is now a blank spot (for 1974 and Greenleaf) though it still shows the filter names.
@tamirazdesigns Yes - that is what I saw - I don’t think either of the filters I named are “orangish” so there may be another filter that is not blank, but perhaps differing in tones only???
I don’t know… but by clicking in design tool on your layered artwork item and clicking on Filters on right side it’ll be highlighted which filter you used for each item you applied any to.
I do know from my own images that I’ve applied any of their filters to that the color scheme changes, per my artwork image. For example, I have two different red hearts I painted, but the same filter looks differently on each one. I like using the design tool Filters over some of my own images it’s pretty cool.
So many glitches, etc. going on again lately it’s getting harder to keep up with it all…
I’m not touching any of my designs with these filters applied to them, and am hoping it’s another glitch. Will wait for Zazzle mods to look at this issue on Monday for all of us.
Hello, is there a way to “sort” for the products with problematic filters? I am having a hard time haunting all the products down. Also, do we think the filters will be “fixed” at some point? It is taking a long time to find, delete the filters from the designs, and create new products. Please advise.
