MAJOR ROYALTY ERROR ON TWO PRODUCTS TODAY! (and could not connect with a chat rep) ):

I sold two products today that sold for 32,00 each. Zazzle listed my royalty earning as ten cents each! And zazzle listed the net sale price incorrectly as 1.90 each. Major error!  Zazzle tech dept: please adjust my earnings correctly ASAP.  I waited for a chat rep for 45 mins tonight and no one connected. i very much wanted to connect with an agent this evenng.

@wondergirl   I can follow up with an email to you, but the royalty amount appears normal once considerations are taken into account.  All the information is listed in the Details Page.

Thanks, Joanna. i figured out the problem last night. l just disabled the “transfer design” feature. I don’t want that. Thanks for touching base. Hope it’s easer to get a phone chat rep in future.
