Is there any way to make gift messages more prominent? I’ve sent a few things to people who claim they had NO IDEA who the product came from. Anyone else experience this?
(And yes - gift message text was added during the buy process).

Yes, this has happened to me many times when sending gifts; and I always fill out the gift message info. One recipient even had to post on FB to try to find out who sent the gift to his little daughter.
Definitely need some quality control there.

I sent some Christmas towels to an Aunt. She asked around to friends/family she thought it might be from with no success. When we talked to her a few weeks later, she said, “Oh! The mystery is solved! It was you!”
