I’m trying to re-order my collection using the “Manage Custom - Ungrouped product sort” (It’s a cross-sell wedding collection). I re-ordered all the items, but then the order didn’t stick and it reverted to a random order. Any tips on getting my changes to stick? This is the collection I’m working on: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/119501049298458616 , but this is an ongoing issue that I’ve had with many collections for over a year now. Sometimes when I reorder a collection it sticks, and sometimes it doesn’t.
Hi @mkokolo , sorry to hear of the issue you are having. So I can look into this for you, can you provide a before and after screenshot of the collection when its re-ordered. This will really help.

Hi @Joanna thanks for responding. I’m attaching a few screenshots here. 2 screenshots show how it looks right after I sorted them. The other 2 show the same lines when I exit the collection and go back in (the sort is messed up). I’ve highlighted the items in the sorted view that aren’t showing in order. This is just an example, if I scroll down in the collection, there are many more items not in order.
