Many new products don’t appear on the Marketplace after 24 hours. Zero views. What is the longest that your products didn’t appear on the Marketplace? I am worried, customers service said they are public and visible and to tell them if there will be no views after a week. Did this happen to anyone? Will they ever appear? I couldn’t personally find them on the Marketplace at all.

Yes, I have quite a few created in the last few days that aren’t appearing and have zero views. I reached out to Zazzle about it. Not sure what’s going on.

This has actually been very common over the years. There are times where it has taken up to two weeks for the items to get indexed into the marketplace. Although it’s typically within 24-72 hours. Since the ‘last viewed date’ is also stuck right now, I’m guessing there is an indexing issue again.

I came here for the same reason. I’m used to products I post showing at least one view, which tells me they have gone live, after about 12 - 18 hours, but I have about half a dozen products that I’ve posted in the last few days that are showing zero views. I have been able to find most of them on the marketplace when I searched, so they seem to be live, but are just not showing any views.

PS. It’s good to know it happened before and I am not the only one it happened to that it’s not on my phone but it’s possibly a Zazzle glitch. Very upsetting though that customers can’t see my products, I checked my products are nowhere to be found in Zazzle products search, sigh.

Some products started getting views but not all of them and view counter date seems to be behind.
It’s the same for me right now too. And it seems random. Some still say “never” under views.

I’m experiencing the exact same thing! First time seeing this happen. Normally, my new listings get views in 24–48 hours thanks to my social media posts on Pinterest, IG, FB, and TikTok. Seeing zero views after 4 days definitely feels like a glitch on the platform side.

@ClarckG Yes me too first time saw that, very discouraging, you don’t know when you design if it will be seen at all by customers. I have still many products from 19 and 20 of August stuck in the same never been seen, never been viewed state. Really cute things I designed.
Everything is seem back to normal, phew. I reached out to Zazzle a few times. I mentioned to them that it’s happening to many people.
Yes. I’m kind of wondering if I should relist those and delete the ones still showing zero views. I feel like this has happened before where those “never" viewed products never got indexed. I’m not sure, though.
@KarmaKay I myself thought about that too but didn’t and views appeared to be on its own.

Oh, did all of yours start getting views? I still have some that say never. They are hooked up to collections and different colorways, though, so I could just leave them. But it bugs me if they’re not being indexed.
@KarmaKay It started getting views after I sent Zazzle links to all products that still remained never been viewed by email to their support.
