I designed many t-shirts in support of Conservative Party Canada 24 hours ago they are not approved to post on Zazzle and have no views. Please help I’d like to know why and if it’s normal. I designed them yesterday morning, it’s afternoon here in Canada. Is this normal? Didn’t happen to me before. Are they are not approved? By the way they are all in my Collection I just checked. They are all also appear to be public not hidden I also just checked. ![]()
T-shirts don’t need to be approved. The issue is that the products created yesterday don’t appear in the marketplace yet. Usually it takes 24 hours for them to appear, but sometimes it takes longer. That applies to all of us when indexing is slower than usual.
But eventually, all products will appear in the marketplace sooner or later.
@Anne-Marie Thank you that brings me hope they will appear at some point in the future, I didn’t know it’s normal, the chat bot told me they are not approved probably that’s why I thought that.
We have had indexing stuck up to about 10 days in the past on rare occasions. But yes, usually 24-48 hours is the norm.
@jophb Thank you, wow that’s a long time, I’ve been refreshing the page all day since yesterday to no views of all of them that told me they didn’t go through to Zazzle marketplace.
They did go through almost all of them, I was hoping they will after your replies. Thank you again, the chat bot didn’t seem to be helpful at all this time and I was sure the t-shirts for some reason were not approved, phew, no such thing ![]()
I think the chatbot is trained more for the customer end, and for common questions. For example when the ‘copy and paste’ was down last week, I had a customer tell me that the chatbot told them it was a designer problem, but it obviously was a much larger Zazzle tech issue.
@jophb Wow really? I don’t think I will be relaying on chat box again except asking for a live agent and sending messages through them, that’s quite upsetting to receive explanation like that considering it was not a fault of yours at all.
I think the chat agents are also more geared toward the customers. It’s probably best to either look in the forums here to see if the issue has been brought up in the past, or you can also submit a support ticket and select the ‘selling and promoting’ option (as long as it is a seller issue) in the dropdown which will direct your message to the seller help people.
I can see the shirts in your public storefront now ![]()
@Fiona Thank you, they all did at the end ![]()
