I’d like to report an issue about the ‘Media’ in my page. I updated my Media photos and they are not showing up in one of my stores. I emailed support and the issue has been resolved but for some reason, the next day as I add up new photos, it’s not showing up again.

Just a feedback on this. I am now able to upload photos in my ‘Media’ page. But only (1) photo. Second photo onwards, not showing.

Happy to report I am now able to complete my ‘Media’ page! For some reason, some photos are not being uploaded but the system is not giving any feedback as to why. Anyway, thanks again!

The only thing I can think of is the size requirement. To the best of my knowledge the minimum size is 1080px by 1440px. If I click the “upload media” button, it greys out any images that are not large enough. Maybe uploading the images to your accounts image folder first and then trying to add them to the store?

The photos are all in my folder and they are not greyed out. I actually tried uploading old images I used in my Media and they are not uploading anymore. Next time I’ll check on the file size.
