I am receiving comments from customers who message me they cannot open links I am providing them
Today I received a message from a customer with a question about one of my items and the link to the item does not work
WIll this be fxed soon?

I’m sorry to hear about this issue. I tried a few of the links you sent and they seem to be working fine.
Did the customer specify what kind of issue they had opening the links?

I have shared the links within my store I suggested maybe they use a computer to open and not a phone? I do not know why they cannot open? All they said was the links do not work.
For me I am using my computer yet I cannot open the link sent from a customer to me it just said something to the affect that this site is not available… this morning the link opens the page.
