I have gotten negative reviews (and cancellations) because customers add a super long message on the backs of their favor tags and then they make the font size smaller. I know that on the letterpress cards there is a minimum setting for the text on the background. Could this be done for small cards too? It’s hard for customers to visualize the size, so they must think they’re perfectly fine with a tiny font on small cards until they get them and then realize they’re not readable.
The only temporary solution I can think of right now is to add an image that says 'don’t change the font size or you won’t be able to read these" ha!
