Missing latest reviews in my shop…

Same here, I just happened to check. My latest review is now 9/30/21. I just got a new review yesterday (4/17), even, which has disappeared. The previous one was on 4/11. I’ve been rather diligent by taking screen snaps of each of them. There are 44 missing. I would really like them back. They were mostly all very positive.

likewise … one store has lost 99% of its reviews.
however, when I check on the Home tab of my member profile, all the reviews are there (more or less, that is, discounting the non-U.S. domain reviews, which show up under their respective domains instead).
LOL I am reliving 2020 again. It took me awhile to realize why I had so many face mask reviews today!
Exactly – same as @WHS_Designs . When I view them under my own name, there are 72 reviews, under my store name there are 15.
Engineering is aware. We hope to have them back very soon.

for me everything after Jul 2022 is missing
Lots of missing reviews, the last one showing is July 12, 2022 
Any updates on this? It’s been a long time and still nearly all my reviews are missing!

Hello i have the same problem however mine have only disappeared in the last week — being May 2023 ( i have one review from 20021). I like to use them for product promotion.
It’s been over a month, should we assume these are gone forever?

The reason why we don’t provide ETA for fixes is because we have a limited number of resources to do a lot of different things. This issue is being treated as a bug, and we do hope to have it fixed soon.

Thanks, Scott. Zazzle is usually so fast with fixes that I was just wondering. Very unlike other PODs where things will sit wrong forever…

Oh this is sad. I just got one not long ago and its gone already
