Ever so slowly I am finding missing product images in the MP and just now on my store Home page.
I’m viewing on the latest Chrome and & Firefox engines and Mac Monterey 12.2.1

Missing photo next to Hershey Kisses in the Featured Collection feed. > https://www.zazzle.com/store/lasgalenartsdesigns The Collection itself does not have the issue.
I’ve got a number of those in my back end too. I didn’t realize it was impacting the marketplace as well. Hmmm…
Same here. Was looking at my “last viewed” & saw one was grayed out. Then I went to that collection & even though that one was showing, there were others that were a white blank & when I clicked on the product then the main image was also blank.
FYI, I just checked the problem product, as well as that collection – all are showing up & everything might be ok at this point. But I really haven’t done a once-over in my store to see if there’re others.
BTW, even though I’m clicking on “edit”, the forum won’t let me edit my original reply…
@LMGildersleeve When I hovered over the “sorry no image available” in prep for opening the product page, the image appeared … so all is not lost.
Right I know that. But it’s not working properly so I thought I’d bring it up. Thanks Bonnie. 
Now I’m seeing missing images in suggested products feed and product pages too.
This is so weird. I am not seeing any missing products. Should I be worried? I wonder if it is Zazzler specific?

Not sure if this is universally true or not, but all the products I’m seeing with missing thumbnail images like this are photo plaques/signs with a horizontal orientation.
