When I am looking in product view on the back end, there is no photo for this gift tag. It is blank. If you click on it to see it full view, you can see the photo. Also, when I try to download the mockup view or artwork, it does not do it. Also, I cannot find it in the marketplace after trying several searches. It used to be, and it has sales.

I have the same issue with creator uploaded cover pictures, when I look at the products’ details the images I uploaded seems to have been removed and I have the " sorry product image not available" instead. Did not break any rules and other similar covers for the same products are still visible. So I can’t understand what happens. Hope it’s a bug, that’s a lot of work to create these cover photos.

that happens to me sometimes but if I hit refresh a couple times it usually then shows the photo.
What I had to do to fix this (as far as being able to see a photo) was to make a custom cover photo, and now I can see the photo for the gift tag. I checked other collections that have gift tags and I can see those product photos - even on the ones where I have not done a custom photo. It seemed specific to just this one collection/gift tag…also I did another search and was able to find it in the marketplace now.
