Anyone else noticing issues in the store search? Any search maintenance happening?
I’m typing one word search terms related to my designs, which should yield far more products than are being shown. This is happening today, I had no problems for the rest of this week. The products are there, the search just doesn’t find them at the moment.
Yes I am! I reported this on a different feed that might have been a different problem. So I’ll put here as well:
When I use the backend product search, it is not pulling up all of my recent items. For example, I have 7 green baby shower items I created on 4/19 at the same time. If I type in ‘diaper’, only one of the two items that should show do (the sign, the card is missing - there is also another theme of the card missing that should show under ‘diaper’). If I search ‘baby shower’, then only 3 of the 7 green products show up. All 7 of the items show if I just scroll through all products on the backend.
Another example are candles made between 3/26-4/1. When searching ‘baby shower’ only 6 show of the 13 that should show.
Yes, same as already reported - when i search, the most recent items that I created aren’t showing up even though they should match the keywords that I put in.
When I search for a specific product type, for instance wallpaper, I get only about half of my products (and they are not new products). Even if I try filtering by the appropriate department, I still only get a limited portion of my products in that category.

One of the searches I was doing yesterday that was broken just worked now … maybe it’s fixed?
Oh yes, mine is possibly back now too. I can see all of the items I mentioned in my example.
This has been an ongoing issue for me — not just recently or yesterday. It makes managing my store and products more complicated and time consuming.
Divot Tools are all still missing though sadly.

Is it working for you now? My issue wasn’t with recent items, it was all sorts including stuff from years ago. I’m now seeing 24 results instead of 4 on the design where I first noticed the problem (which I think is everything). Fingers crossed it’s fixed for you too

I’ve added 132 to this collection from my store, so I know the search should be returning at least 132 results.

Yikes, it’s getting worse instead of better. A search for wallpaper now only gives me 60 results.
@Joanna This is still very much an issue. I just tried to find cornhole tables, and many of mine (some that have even sold) are not showing on the backend, are not showing in the front end search of my shop (both signed in and out), but can be found in the marketplace. It’s really hard to create and see stats on things when you cannot even locate them. Divot tools are all still missing and it has been about 6 months if feels like since those were reported.
