My earnings payment has suddenly been cancelled with no explanation! This comes one month after earnings were paid late for the very first time. What is going on?

A question mark beside ‘cancelled’ simply states,
“The most common reason for a cancelled payment is an incorrect legal name or SSN.
Check that you have filled out all of your Payment Settings correctly.
See our Help article for more information.”

Please can I have some kind of explanation. I have payments to make and I have received no information from Zazzle regarding this.

I hope the problem will be solved soon,
My dividend payments have been canceled for nearly a year, and I cannot receive them. I have tried a lot, but I do not know the reason for that.

I’m confused. You previously said you received a royalty payment a month ago.

At first I was searching for the matter and found a question about the same problem I had, so I made a copy, but I forgot to add an edit to the post.
