I can not get any Mock Up photo from the product page to upload to “My Images”. I they will download from the product page fine but then will not upload to “My Images” I have tried in .png and .jpeg and neither will load. I get the error message: Upload Failed! - Files you have selected could not be uploaded - Server Error - then the file name. This has been happening since last week. I haven’t been working on Zazzle this week until today and figured it would be fixed but it is still happening with the exact same error message. I can upload my original photos from my computer to “My Images” but not anything or anyway from the “Download Product Mock Up” selection under More Options on the Product Page. Please help I need to work!!
@TerryLynn You can’t download the product Mock Up and then re-upload the exact same image. You need to create your own original mockups then you can upload those and replace (using the upload cover option if you have it) Make sure you give your mockup file names that aren’t too long or have any special characters (eg dashes)
Hmmm… my mockup file names are all really long, and all have dashes. They seem to work fine, but I’m now wondering if I’m doing something wrong? 🤔
Just ran into this when I was zipping through creating mockups and accidentally tried to upload the downloaded Zazzle artwork instead of my mockup. I actually thought it was a nice feature to prevent accidents!
@Sara_H Thanks for the quick reply. I was able to click on the view of the mock up on the product page I wanted to use then go up to More Options at the top of the page and click on Download Product Mock Up. It would download to my download file on my laptop and I was able to upload to My Images. I’ve done it a few times for the Category Image. It just started giving the error message last Friday.
Just wondering why you would want to upload the Zazzle mockup to your images.
@Sara_H I am only using the Product Mock Up for Category Header Photos not for Cover Photos. I haven’t gotten that far yet I am very new .
I thought we were able to use the Product Page Mock Ups for Category Place marker Photos. Why would there be an option to download product mock ups if you can’t use them?
You should be able to use them for category headers am sure. Save the downloads as a different name before you try and reupload.

I think their intended use is for creating cover images for your products. My guess is that they’re preventing us from uploading them so that people won’t try to game the system and use the Zazzle mockup as a cover image.

@Cat I am new and just wanting to add decent pictures to my category headings until I learn to do my own mock ups.
Not a bad idea. I initially made a few collages of products for category headings, but it got so overwhelming that I finally ended up just hiding all of my categories and displaying collections instead. The coward’s way out! 😁
Tried that didn’t work. I think somehow I just got the other two through before Zazzle being alerted and now I cant upload. Guess I’ll just put a Photo of mine in until I learn to do my own mock ups. ill just concentrate on more products until then. thanks for all your help.

I think the answer is: they download as png’s and the uploads cannot be png’s, but jpgs.
Try saving them as 600 x 600 jpegs and see if they work

Are you sure the files are big enough? They need to be a minimum of 1480x1480.
I do not have mock ups on my options product page! Guess they think I can’t do them, they are right! This girl is just going to do what I can, I do not do beautiful art like all of you ladies, but still going to keep trying try! This is way out my abilities!!!
