The mockup of designs created on the Can Cooler and gift wrap product pages are not showing these images in the Collection. Much easier to show you.

PS. Also the order in which the products show in collections in the actual store are different to the order in the Collection Management section. Is this correct? If so, why do we need to keep the products in this order in Collection Management if it bears no relation to the order in the store? Just curious..
@PlayfulPixel according to the product page - that can cooler hasn’t got an individual mockup associated with it which is why it’s not showing in the collection.
The mockup that’s showing on the product page is the collection one which is auto assigned when the collection is a cross sell.
Make a mockup for your can cooler and upload it - then it will show in your collection (
I’m not seeing any wrapping paper in that collection - have you added one to it?
ps - as to the order of the products in the collection - you can rearrange it if it’s a cross sell
