I am trying to download my Product Mockups for my Walking Warrior Collection (https://www.zazzle.com/collections/walking_warrior-119805373683779535). But when I do that, it only shows me the mockup of a flat t-shirt. It does not give me the option to download my Primary image of a model wearing the shirt. What am I doing wrong? See attached screen shot for an example.

Uncheck “Do not display any product images with people.” - accept user agreement, click done to save and models should appear

I agree, check to see if you have show models with people option chosen
It almost sounds like you’re trying to download your own mockup image? I don’t think it ever lets you do that, but since you uploaded it, you should have a copy somewhere.
