Moving products to the front of back of a category

I used to be able to move a  products to the Front/or back of a cat.

For  example, I made some phone case designs before I made the clothing in a category.

Now I want to move the clothing to the front of it,

Wondering how ? I apologize if this is  a double post, I am still figuring out the Forums

It’s possible you can solve your problem by putting items in collections, as collections do have the facility you are looking for. Categories do not. 

I see that you have collections, and I cannot tell if you have categories. If you want to move items within collections, many of us can give you details on that.  Please advise.
