my 4 most recent sales today were not captured in the Royalty History + Earnings History reports

Kindly note that my 4 most recent sales this morning were not captured (i.e. the entries for these orders are missing) in both my Royalty History and Earnings History reports.

They are correctly reflected in the Royalty by Product report when sorted by custom date range (using today as the custom date).

The credit count and the amounts do appear to be correct on the Earnings Summary page.

Dear Technical Team,

Today I’ve also noticed the same issue. My 5 sales from today are not showing in the Royalty History or Earnings History.

I can see them in the notifications (bell icon) and they are also visible in the Royalty by Product report.

The total earnings amount seems to be correct.

Could you please check this?

I am having the same issue,  I have a sale and the item was a referral which is showing in referrals but still not in the sales history, the bell tells me this was also 8 hours ago.

I’m experiencing the same issue; I see the sales notifications, but they don’t appear in my Royalty history or Earning history.

unfortunately, it looks like my Royalty History report hasn’t updated since 3/27/2026 1:18 PM
and the Earnings & Transactions History report also stopped reporting a few hours after that
(ironically, shortly after the Earnings & Transaction History was updated yesterday).

the only reports that still appear to be working are the Royalty by Product and Royalty History reports.
