I created a new collection last week and added some products. Everything was OK at first, but now the changes I make are only visible when I’m signed in. If I’m not signed in, I still see the old product order, and the new products I’ve added are missing. The only thing that has been updated are some products which I removed from the collection. It’s been like this for about 3 days, so I’m hoping it’s just a temporary thing!
@SheaPrints it would help the Tech Team if you linked to the collection that you’re having trouble with.
Have you set the sort order to ‘recommended’ or ‘custom ungrouped’ and what type of collection is it? Cross sell? Gift? Similar style?
(sort order can be found in marketplace tab - top right and also in ‘your stores’ tab)
