After my last payout last month, one day suddenly a balance has been showed up in parentheses. I’ve noticed that after each royalty clearance the amount in parentheses decreases, which means that like I owe Zazzle money. Is that right?
Who also have experienced this case? I hope someone can explain what does this means exactly?

I haven’t had it happen to me, so I’ve never seen it, but my best bet is that one or more products that had been sold were cancelled, which means your royalty for the product(s) was subtracted from your earnings. Look at your royalty history where you are likely to see one or more cancelled sales.

Yes, I think you’re right… I’ve found some bulk cancellations of some orders, and those orders have gained referrals, the total of these orders is so close to the balance in parentheses… So It seems like your bet is right, anyway thank you @Barbara , but I’ll wait for what Zazzle moderators will say.
