"My Images" management suggestion - unfiled only

Currently in “My Images” we have the option to see:

All Images
Recent Images
My Albums

I’d like to suggest a third option  - 

Unfiled Images

It can be confusing to navigate My Images when there’s a lot in there, and hard to know what’s been filed and what hasn’t. Being able to see Unfiled Images only (if selected; not suggesting it replace the other views) could really help with that.
