Alot of my postcards keep getting forced into the Sympathy Cards department, right after I publish them. This is been happening for at least 6 months. It doesn’t matter how many times I change the products back to the Postcards Dept. they revert to the Greeting Cards, Sympathy Cards Dept.

I moved all the postcards to the Postcards Dept, but they reverted right back to the Sympathy Cards Dept.
@plumb4me Which postcard blank are you starting with? That could be a reason why it wants to be in that department

edited to add - also check what tags you are using on your postcards and make sure they’re not related to the department
Just done a quick look at your store - the postcards in the correct department don’t have the word “memories” in their tags

The word that is different is “memories” and that’s a constant in the Sympathy Department postcards - Try removing that word, place it back in the Postcard department and wait a few days to see if it sticks
