My second store link cannot be used and only some people can see the store

Hello everyone, I have a glitch that is confusing me. I have two stores, an old one called FranzSunshineStudios and a new one, opened two weeks ago, called SplashStudio.

i sent the links to some friends to have feedback and most of them cannot reach Splash Studio at all.

The link I have given is working for me just fine. I tried .com and co.U.K. And they work for me and one or two friends, but the others don’t have any luck. This also means I can’t sell anything because the store is invisible, despite being set as public in my settings. Which is a problem as I have lots of cute Halloween items to show to the world and I can’t!

I’ve read in some older posts about glitches and I wonder what can I do about this?

When I click the “splashstudio” link you provided I’m taken to the store link. Working for me.

Thanks! For some reason some of my friends both in the UK and abroad only get a generic Zazzle page when clicking the link!
