I am a Zazzle creator residing in Italy, and my shop focuses on designing invitation cards.

I recently received an email from Zazzle support rejecting my W-8BEN form due to incorrect wording on Line 10 (Additional Conditions). They asked me to review the “Royalties” section under the US-Italy tax treaty to lower my withholding rate from 30% to 0%.

Could any fellow Italian creators or moderators share the exact wording that successfully passed Zazzle’s validation for Line 10?

Specifically, I would like to double-check:
