I need help with uploading products to the new Show Me. In the old version, all we had to do was paste the HTML and the product image populated automatically quick and simple. When the new community launched, HTML was removed, so I switched to adding the product link, typing the title, and uploading an image from my computer since I couldn’t pull anything from my Zazzle image library.
But today
(7/30/2026), none of that works anymore. I can’t add HTML, I can’t add a link
with a title, and I can’t upload an image. Every attempt gives me a warning
saying I’m not allowed to do this.
So now I’m stuck. How are we supposed to add products to Show Me?
where are you adding the HTML? I don’t see the 3 dots on my end (the way we shared with old community) would you share a screenshot to show me what I should be looking for >I am using chrome browser @PAZP do I add HTML in the Markdown section, and does it generate the image or do I have to upload the image? There are no clear instructions on how to update product / image to show me… only thing I found was for 2022
I think they might be working on the ‘Show Me’ forum at the moment. There was a problem uploading images that was mentioned in another thread and now adding HTML isn’t working either. It worked yesterday when I added the HTML directly to my message. there isn’t an HTML section like the old forum had but adding it to my message did generate an image and title. Probably hang on and see if it’s fixed tomorrow.
There’s a glitch at the moment (that I believe Zazzle is aware of and working on) @Fantabulou_Stef so entering the HTML into the edit box isn’t working. It did work a couple of days ago, but now it’s not.
